Knits & Rips

Sweater: Macy's | Jeans: Target | Booties & Handbag: Kohl's | Bracelet: Kendra Scott

Happy Friday!

Excited to start my Christmas shopping this weekend.  Have you all started?

I'm always that late shopper, hoping to get lots done this weekend.  I probably won't since my holiday office party is on Sunday.  I do have Monday off so maybe I can get some shopping done then, fingers crossed!

Another beautiful day means I'm living in knits and rips!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

A little bit of everything...

Turtleneck: H&M |  Jeans: Hudson |  Leopard Booties, Fringe Cardi, & Handbag: Target

December is officially here!  It surely doesn't feel like it.  The weather here in NJ has been glorious!  Sunny and high 60's, this fall has been amazing!

I wore this outfit for a little holiday shopping over the weekend.  I'm literally wearing some of my favorite fall pieces.  Turtlenecks, high waist jeans, leopard booties, long cardigans & fringe!!!

I have so many long cardi's in my closet and I love experimenting with different ways of styling them.  If you have a cardigan like this one that is short sleeve, add a turtleneck to fall it up!  It's that easy!  Now lets hope the weather stays this nice!

Have a great day!

Knits, Fur, & Polka Dots

Necklace: Mandee | Sweater & Vest: H&M | Skirt & Handbag: Old Navy | Tights: Hue | Booties: Target

Knits, fur, & little polka = the perfect fall outfit!

I know I sound like a broken record but it's soooooo true!  Fall is the season for layering!  Not only does it keep you warm, but layering can take your outfit to the next level.

Add a pair of killer boots, or maybe a hat and your set to take on fall like a pro!

TREND REPORT: Fringe!

Top: 10 Spot | Jeans: c/o SCHOEN by YU Denim | Fringe Booties: Women's Feliz Fringe Ankle Boots - Cognac

Fringe obsessed?!  Duh!

Fringe was seen everywhere from the runway, to the red carpet, and on everything from bags, jackets, skirts, and of course boots.  If your not rocking it yet, you will be.

Not obsessed like I am, my best advice is start with one piece.  Maybe a handbag, a poncho, or booties like the ones I'm wearing.  They are the perfect fringe addition without going overboard.  I scored these at Target for only $23!  A perfect way to embrace a new trend without spending a fortune.

Happy shopping!

Moto Blues

Jacket: Super Glam News (not sure of the brand, sorry!) | Top: H&M | Skirt: Target | Shoes: Zara | Sunnies: Franco Sarto

Happy Friday!

I scored this fabulous moto jacket for only $15!  I attended a super fun event (Modern Latina Sip & Shop) in which you shop fellow bloggers closets.  I love to support my fellow bloggers and of course LATINAS!!!!  Thank you to blogger bestie Melissa from Super Glam News for the amazing deal!  Love ya boo!

Moto jackets are a great transitioning piece to take you from summer into fall.  These aren't your 80's moto jackets.  Fringe, zippers, shearling, and an array of colors make them super versatile and of course, badass!  Mine is a fun pastel blue, which is hard to see in these pictures, but it's perfect for a pop of color which is why I wore all black.  I'm not one for all black everything, I love to add color!

Soon on the blog, I'll have a beauty post in which I'm talking about a new skin care line, that I'm in LOVE with, an outfit post wearing fringe (I'm fringe obsessed), and of course my experience at the John Frieda salon.  Lot's of fun stuff, stay tuned!

Thanks for visiting!  Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

#lulusstylestudio

Happy October!!

Sooo late with this post, but better late than never.  During fashion week, I attended Lulu's Style Studio.  One of my favorite parties to attend during fashion week.

Lulu's always throws a fabulous party!  Gifting suites, hair, makeup, and of course drinks!!!!!

Thank you Lulu's for making fashion week so much fun!

Later this week I'll share with you how I had the pleasure of getting beautified, by Serge Normant at John Frieda in NYC!

Have a great day sweets!

Smooth Transition

Shirt: Old Navy (super old) | Shorts: Wet Seal | Flats: Zara | Handbag: Gift | Sunnies: Five Below

It's Fashion Week!!!!

Can't wait to see all the new trends in store for us!  Like always, I won't be attending any shows because of work, sucks I know.  I do have a fashion week events lined up, so stay tuned!

Today I'm slowly transitioning into fall, a very slow transition.  Especially since it's still 90 degrees here in Jersey.

Button ups (or are they called button downs?) blazers, vests, and denim jackets are some of my favorite pieces to work into your wardrobe for an easy transition from season to season.  Pair them with cut-offs and flats like I did for a pre-fall, still too hot for pants look.  LOL!

Have a great day and Happy Fashion Week!

RocksBox

It's almost Friday!  Yay!

Ok, who doesn't love mystery mail?  Well the fun kind anyway.... there are so many companies that have monthly subscription boxes filled with surprise items ranging from beauty to fashion, travel and even for your pets!  The concept never gets old if you're receiving items you love.

I was recently invited to try RocksBox - A jewelry subscription, with a similar concept to Bag, Borrow, or Steal.   First you complete a style profile in which their stylist pick 3 pieces they think you'll love.  They offer 30+ brands like Gorjana, House of Harlow, and CC Skye.  You can keep the jewelry as long as you'd like until you return them for 3 new pieces.  The subscription costs $19/month and you can swap as often as you like within that time period.  Best part is if you fall in love with a particular piece you can buy it for a discounted price.

My first box included this gorgeous necklace from Urban Gem.  I love it so much, I don't want to send it back!  I styled it with my favorite oversized sweater from H&M.

Black Sweater & Booties: H&M / Sweatshirt: Mandee / Jeans: Hudson / Handbag: Kohl's / Necklace: {c/o} RocksBox / Sunnies: WetSeal

Oversized sweater, and oversized gems can only mean, I had to have oversized hair too.  Lol!  Hope you like!

Have a great day loves!
