Sunday Brunch

Skirt: Joe B Pleated Floral Midi Skirt | Sandals: SO {Koh's} | Handbag: Jennifer Lopez | Sunglasses: Five Below

Happy, happy FRIDAY!  This felt like one of the longest weeks ever!

I wanted to share an outfit I wore last weekend to a friends birthday brunch.  It was super humid and hot, I kept it easy breezy with a tank and light weight skirt.  I'm a jean girl at heart but when its too hot out, a skirt is a must.  Plus, I live in jeans all winter and fall so I love to wear skirts in the summer.

Remember, just because the skirt has a print doesn't mean you have to wear a basic tank like I did.  Mix your prints!  Summer fashion should be fun!

Have a great weekend!

Hey dolls!  Looking for the perfect Spring/Summer pant?!

Super stretchy, cut above the ankle, and  so many vibrant colors/patterns.  The Pixie from Old Navy is Pant-tastic!  Omg, I'm so corny....LOL!  But seriously how cute are these pants?!!!  You can wear them to work with a button-down, on the weekend with flats, or even on vaca with sunnies and a tunic.  These pixie pants are flattering and perfect for any occasion this season.

Have a great day sweets!

Summer Trend: Off-The-Shoulder

Top: Charlotte Russe | Jeans: Wet Seal | Sandals: Gojane | Clutch: Forever 21 | Sunglasses: Aldo

It's a HOT Thursday!!!  Hope you all stay cool.

Summer is almost here (10 more days!!) and that means, showing more skin.  The off-the shoulder trend is trending everywhere.  You can wear them with high waisted jeans/trousers, (another hot trend), cut-offs, or even a midi skirt.  Off-the shoulder sleeves are perfect for going from the beach to dinner.  You can add a statement necklace for a special event or for a fun night out.  I personally love showing my shoulders, it's sexy without showing too much skin.

It's a great summer trend, super chic and easy to do.

Flaunt it ladies!

Hola mi gente!  Hope you enjoyed the weekend.  The weather was spring perfection here in Jersey.

For today's post, I shopped my closet.  Do you shop your closet, often?  I try, I do!  Not as hard as I should, but I do try and remix old and new pieces, like I did here.  Old top, new shoes, new sunnies and new jeans.  I said I tried......LOL!
I got these espadrilles from Kohl's, which are adorable and super comfy and if you know me, I just had to have them.  They are chambray!!  I'm denim obsessed!  Arent' we all.....?!

Have a great night sweets!

All denim, all the time.

Shirt & shorts: Kohl's | Sandals: Tj Maxx | Clutch: Forever 21 | Watch: Modify | Sunnies: Aldo

Double denim is one of my go to looks.  There are so many denim washes, it's pretty hard to get it wrong.  Keep it simple and add a few fun and colorful accessories, like I did here.

My new favorite accessory of the moment are these amazing sunglasses from Aldo, which I got while on vacation in Las Vegas.  Because who doesn't go shopping while on vaca....duh!  LOL!  I also got a cute skirt from H&M.  It's not my fault that Planet Hollywood has a mile long mall in the resort.  I wanted to go shopping everyday we were there.  #wishfulthinking #hubbywokemeupfromthatdream!

If you still need to liven up your all denim look, add a print!  Make it your own!

  Have a great day!

Hey sweets!  I've missed you!  Hope you missed me.  It's my first post in exactly one month, and I'm coming to you from sweet Las Vegas!   May is my birthday month as well as the hubby's, so I surprised him with a trip to Vegas!  It was our first time there and we fell in LOVE!

Visiting Red Rock Canyon was a must on our to-do list.  It was truly spectacular!  I can't even explain how beautiful it was.  I'm not even a nature person and I was blown away with how beautiful it is.  While visiting Red Rock, I wanted to look cute but also be comfortable.  This Gap skirt was so cute and felt fabulous.  It's also a great alternative, if you don't always want to wear shorts or pants.  I dressed it down with my Nike's, but you can also dress it up for the office or a fun night out.   Hubby and I loved every part of our vacation and can't wait to go back.  Vegas you were a dream!

Hope you enjoyed this post, more coming soon!
