Oh so Kushy!

Hat: Forever 21 | Sweater: Thrifted | Skirt: Wet Seal | Tights: {c/o} Kushyfoot | Booties: Kohl's | Handbag: Nine West

It's almost Friday!  Woohoo!

I'm looking forward to the so called "warmer" weather were supposed to have here in NJ this weekend.  I heard it's supposed to be almost 40 degrees, which is a heat wave considering it's been in the low 20's.  Needless to say I was frozen while shooting this look, but my legs were warm and my feet were in heaven.

I received the most fabulous tights and socks from Kushyfoot.  Fleece tights?!  Yes please!  Wait...it gets better.  Some of their socks and cover pads actually have a soft pad that cushions the ball of your feet.  When I got them home I was so excited to try them.

Kushyfoot was created in 2003.  It is the first brand in women's legwear to incorporate the ancient healing art of reflexology.  All products feature a specially designed sole with a messaging sensation.  The Kushyfoot sole helps relieve tension and discomfort in achy feet, thereby helping relieve stress and fatigue thought the entire body.

I wear tights all winter if I'm wearing a skirt, there's just no way I go bare leg.  I'm always way too cold for that.  These tights felt so good on and they are fleeced lined!  It doesn't get better than that.  Right now if you spend $40 you get 20% off.

Happy shopping!

Winter Whites

Sweater: Kohl's | Necklace & Scarf: Gift | Jeans & Hat: Old Navy | Booties: H&M | Coat: Mandee

Back at it!  First blog post of 2015!  Hope you all had a great weekend!

Yup, I'm wearing white jeans in the middle of winter.  I winterized the look with my favorite leopard booties and my new oversized sweater.  It's not actually oversized, but I've been buying my sweaters a tad on the bigger side.  I'm really into that oversized cozy look.

While wearing white for winter, add a dark color or a winter texture like wool or tweed.  Linen and chiffon are winter no no's.  Adding a dark coat or leather boot lets people know what season it actually is.   Don't be afraid to have fun with winter whites.

Have a happy Monday!

Long Cardigan

Cardigan: Open-Front Lurex Cardigan | Jeans: Forever 21 | Handbag: Kate Spade (similar here) | Booties: A2 by Aerosoles

Hello December!  Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!  Today's my first day back to work since then and I'm super excited. #NOT!

So how did you all do with Black Friday and Cyber Monday?  Too many sales, too little time.  I did hit up a few stores over the weekend, which was mayhem.  I got this cardigan at Kohl's and its so soft and plush.  A long cardigan is one of my favorite sweaters for fall/winter.  Cozy and warm but still stylish.  A great boot ties it all together.  Of course I added my favorite cross body bag by Kate Spade for a pop of color.

Have a fabulous day!

Sweater weather is here and this one from Kohl's with side zippers is super edgy and chic.  Perfect for that casual turkey day!  I have a busy work week and weekend; so I wont be back with new posts until the first week in December.

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Sweater Weather

Top: {c/o} Piperlime Embellished French Terry Top / Pants: H&M / Sandals: Nine West / Sunnies: Kohl's / Bracelet: {c/o} Kendra Scott Ivy Bracelet in Silver / Earrings & Clutch: Mandee

Hey there sweets!  So glad the weekend is almost here, felt like this week dragged!

Fall fashion is here and one of my favorite pieces to wear are SWEATERS!  Whether its a cardigan, turtleneck, heavy knit, or even a sweatshirt.  Sweaters are perfect for fall, keeping you warm and snugly but still stylish.  How stylish and fabulous is this sweater from Piperlime....I just LOVE the embellished collar.  Don't be afraid of the short sleeves, even in cooler temps you can always layer it.  I say that a lot but layering is best for fall.  With the temps always up and down it's the best way to keep up with Mother Nature when she's not sure if it's fall or summer...lol!

Hope you all have a wonderful day!
