Thirsty Thursday or should I say rainy Thursday!  It's supposed to rain all weekend here in NJ....geesh louise!  Anyway,  I'm guessing the rain will be good so I can stay in and organize my closet.  Have you put your summer clothes away?  Looks like I'll be doing that this weekend.

I wore this outfit on Sunday for brunch; and as you can see I rocked my army vest again.  I just love how you can wear it with just about anything.  Like I said before, you can dress it up or down.  A great piece for fall.  You can even make it your own by adding some pretty pins!

Movie Night

If Monday were shoes, they'd be crocs! 

Yup, I'm in a silly/funky kinda mood.  I read that on an e-card and thought it was totally appropriate for this rainy and crappy Monday morning.  

Hope you all had a fun weekend.    Friday was movie night with the girls and I'll start by saying that these pics took forever and by the time we got my camera working, I was a sweaty mess!  I was laughing so hard that I couldn't contain myself.  At one point all the girls were trying to take my pics and I had to keep my pose for like a solid 2 minutes.....hilarious!  The things we do for these blog posts!

Anyway, lets talk fashion!  I got this vest at Kohl's recently and I could wear it everyday.  It has that military inspired feel and I think it's a great piece to have in your closet; especially for layering.  Speaking of layering.....I really like layering necklaces!   The more merrier, right?  I think wearing 2 statement necklaces makes quite the statement and takes a casual outfit to the next level.

I read something that says "leather is the new black" which for this season is very true.  But I feel the same way about leopard print.  It has really become the new black in my eyes.  These Jessica Simpson's are especially cool with the pop of color on the front.

It's Friday!!!  I'm doing the Friday dance.....woopwoop!  

I've missed you sweets!  I wish, I could blog more often but I just haven't had the time.  For the most part my hubby takes my pics, and he's been working long hours and on the weekends; so I've had to put blogging on hold.  

Tonight is DIVA MOVIE NIGHT!  My friends and I are corny, I know!  LOL!  Anytime my friends and I get together, we call each other diva's.  DUH!  LOL!  Anyway, I'm hoping to get home and put together a cute outfit for you all.  Now lets see which one of my diva's is going to take my pics.  Most likely it will be Laura.....she's my artistic diva!  Hubby has a light work schedule this weekend so I will definitely have a few new posts next week, but for now here are some of my instagram pics.

Sneak Attack

Happy almost weekend! 

Sharing with you sweets my Sunday fun day outfit.  Rocking my new sneaks from shoedazzle.  I'm not a real big sneaker head, but the invention of the sneaker wedge is a girl's dream come true!  These aren't wedges but the python print really makes these shoes stand out. 

As you can see, I'm not afraid to mix prints and neither should you!  You might look at this and say polka, aztec, python.....crazy!  But as they say, there are no rules in fashion!

In Black & White

Happy Monday Sweets! 

I was supposed to attend The Reward Style Party at the Empire Hotel last Sunday but I had to cancel.  Since I wasn't able to attend any fashion shows, I figured I would do a blog post inspired by some of the fashions on the cat walk.  Black and white was all over the runway for spring 2014!  My favorite had to be DVF!  Her runway show was simply amazing! 

Black and white will never go out of style!  So classy and you can take it from day to night by just adding the perfect accessories.  Here's my fall interpretation of black and white.

Newbies for FALL!

It's FRIDAY....Woohoo!  It feels like forever since I did a blog post.  2 weeks to be exact!  I missed you all!  It's New York FASHION WEEK!!!!!  So exciting!  My favorite looks so far have to be from BCBG.  The neutral pallet is amazing!  I'm all for color, but I LOVE neutrals.  I'm super excited for the weekend since I'm going to NY on Sunday for some Fashion Week fun!  Since I missed you guys soooo much, I decided to post my latest fall buys!

As you can see, I'm pretty obsessed with flowy chiffon tops!  They are so versatile!  You can dress them up or down.  This is also from Macy's.

I've been on the hunt for the perfect camo pant and I found these at Kohl's for less than $15!
