Nyakio Beauty

Happy Friday!  Hope you're all having a great summer.  
Being a woman in my late 30's, making sure that my skin is cleansed, exfoliated, and moisturized is beyond important.   
I was invited to a dinner in NYC with Nyakio Beauty.  

Nyakio (pronounced Neh-Kay-Oh) herself was there and her story was so inspiring.  She spoke about the importance of skincare and her beauty secrets passed down from generation to generation. 

Nyakio Beauty is free of sulfates, phthalates, parabens, mineral oil, petroleum, formaldehyde, and butylene glycol.  Hand made with cold pressed, multi-functional oils in small batches.  Their formula is carefully made with ethically and sustainably sourced natural ingredients.
After a few weeks of trying some of these products, I'm going to share with you a few of my favorites.

SWEET ALMOND Cleansing Oil Balm
This is a gentle balm-to-oil cleanser that gently melts away makeup, dirt, and impurities, leaving my skin soft and radiant.

Chamomile Soothing Sleep Mask
A hydrating overnight facial that instantly softens skin with long lasting moisture and nourishment.  Blended with chamomile, calendula, and aloe vera.  
Kenyan Coffee Lip Polish
I think sometimes we forget about our lips when were taking care of our skin.  The Kenyan Coffee Lip Polish is a softening lip scrub that polishes away dirt and made my lips smooth and supple.

I instantly fell in love with these products, and I can't wait to try the entire line.
