Friday......how I love thee!

Quick post to share some FAB sales with you!  I'm probably late but, better late than never.

ZARA is having their biannual sale!  YES!  Thanks to one of my lovely blogger friends for sharing the news.  I went on their website yesterday and wanted EVERYTHING!  Of course I had to budget, so I only got a pair of sandals and a dress.  I don't want to share the dress with you just yet, because I'll be wearing it to a friends wedding in August.  So you'll have to stay tuned to see it.  I will tell you it's PEPLUM!!!  Here are my FAB sandals that I got for the low price of $19.99!

The last sale I wanted to share with you was Old Navy's annual flip flops for $1.00!  I have plans early in the am tomorrow so I don't think I'll have time to go, but good luck getting a pair of your own.  Last year I went and they had all the colors you don't want and they were all size 11.  So get there early! 

It's going to be a HOT weekend in Jersey so stay cool and go SHOPPING!

The Simple Life

Almost the weekend.....YES! 

Not much going on with my outfit today....it's going to be 90 and HOT!  I kept it simple with this black skirt and Forever 21 tank.  It's so hard to try and pull an outfit together for work when the tempature gets this hot.  Like I said before......it must be so nice to not have a 9 to 5!  Hope you like the pics!

I never leave my house with out something to wear in the office....I got this floral print bolero/shawl whatever you want to call it, last year at Mandees.  I think it looks better buttoned up so I'll have to wear it with something else so you can see.

I finally took my white jeans out of the closet......and the crowd CHEERS! ;)

Don't ask me what took me so long to wear these puppies.  If you follow my blog, I told you that I was old school and didn't wear white until summer officially began.  I know fashion has no rules but If you think I'm wearing white in February.....your muy loco!  LOL!  What do you think???  Am I silly for wanting to wait till summer begins to wear my whites????

That again........

Yes....It seems I can't get enough of my striped blazer, and apparently my red pants too. 

This is the 2nd time I wear these pants and I'm having a love/hate relationship with them.  I love the color but the fit is so weird.  One day they feel loose, the other day tight.  I don't know.....their funky!  But, in the famous words of Tim Gunn.....MAKE IT WORK!

Estilo en la playa!

What a glorious weekend I had, then this B---h Monday rolls around.  Can't stand her! ;)  To boot she brings pouring rain and lightning.....not nice Ms. M!

My weekend consisted of sun, sand, and sangria!  Hubby always makes his own concocksion when we go to the beach.  Doesn't sangria make everything better...YES IT DOES!

TOMS wearing a dress?

The weekend is officially here!!!!!

The past few days have been brutal.....high 90's and lots of humidity.  I woke up this morning and couldn't even focus on an outfit.  I didn't want to bother with even wearing clothes...but I don't need to be arrested for indecent exposure....LOL!  Do you get like that sometimes????  Sometimes I just want to leave my jammies on and keep it moving.  #morewishfulthinking!

I would have never really thought of pairing my Toms with a dress but since I was anti clothing today I couldn't even think of what sandals to wear.....I couldn't even focus on Jewelry! 

This heat is draining......so here I am in my "I could really care less what I look like today" look!  Hope you like!

Happy HOT, HOT Wednesday!

It's going to be 98 degrees in NJ today.....put a fork in me!  UGHHHH!!!!  I love the summer but 98 with 90% humidity is not fun for anyone.  If I didn't have a 9 to 5, I would probably be in as little clothing as possible or maybe at the beach! #wishfulthinking

Neon & Navy

Happy Martes (Tuesday)!

Feeling super bright in my neon dress today!  

I've had this dress for a while now, but I had no clue when I was planning on wearing it.  I decided to wear it today because the next few days are going to be HOT!  We are expecting a heat wave here in NJ in the next few days, and this knit long sleeve dress would be....NO BUENO!  I originally had planned on wearing this at night but I got inpatient just staring at it in my closet, maybe I'll remix it for you and do a night version in a later post. 

Neon has to be one of my favorite trends for this summer.  Are you getting in on the neon trend?  You better be!   The trend is everywhere....belts, scarves, shoes, accessories and even make-up!  You don't have to do it as bold as I did here, but a pop of neon is a summer must!
