Happy hump day!  Is this week over?!?!  I've been trying to post this look since Monday and I've been super busy at work.  Hope you all had a wonderful Easter.  Mine was great!  The weather was nice, but the wind was ridiculous all weekend.  No complaints here, I'll take wind over cold and snow any day.  

 

Spring fashion has to be versatile with chilly mornings and warmer afternoons, so a transitional jacket is a must.  One of my favorites this season, has to be the denim jacket.  I think it's the one jacket you can actually wear with just about anything.  Think about it....a dress, a skirt and tee, sweatpants, over a maxi dress, or one of my favorite combos.....denim on denim.   The denim jacket is a great grab and go piece.  Hopefully warmer weather is on the horizon and we won't need jackets!  Lol!  I hear the weekend is going to be fabulous!!!  Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Oh hey Monday!  Hope you all had an awesome weekend!  I was given the choice of 2 pieces from Wild Butterfly Boutique and my second pick was this super cute chevron necklace.  I LOVE the chevron print and I think this necklace is so whimsical!  I wore it with this floral dress for dinner with the hubby.  Even though summer is slipping by, florals are still huge for fall!  Ughhhh......every time I say fall, I cry a little.

Morning dolls!  Hope you all had a fun weekend!  I hit up the jersey shore for the first time, and it was lovely!  As you can see I missed a spot when applying my SPF!  My neck is on fuego!  Even though my neck feels crispy, hubby and I had an awesome time. 

This dress is an oldie but goody!  I've had it for years and I just love the floral print!  So summery and fun!

This might be a slow week with outfit posts, since I didn't take any pics on Friday or Saturday.  I have a full time job so it's been easier for me to blog on the weekends.  I'm also going to do a post on my favorite things for summer so stay tuned for that!

Another weekend bites the dust! 

Obviously, I didn't win the powerball!  LOL!  Even though I didn't win the lottery, I had an awesome weekend and an even better birthday!  My friends took me to dinner on Friday night, and I just wanted to share some pics.  We went to Benihana and OMG was it delish!  Love that place!  I know these pics suck but I only had my Iphone.  My dress was pretty simple, but I love the floral pattern.  I love that you can dress it up or down, like I did.  

THANK YOU to all my friends and family for making my birthday so special! 

One more thing.....I got these awesome hair brushes from BrushLove and I can't wait to review them for you!  Stay tuned for that later in the week!
