NYFW: Reward Style Rooftop Party

 

Happy Friday sweets!  Over the weekend I attended the rewardStyle Rooftop Party at the Empire Hotel.  I attended with fellow blogger Alana from Alana Marie Style.  It was so hot and humid, but we were having too much fun to even worry about that.  We scored a ton of awesome goodies and met and mingled with other fabulous bloggers.  Such a fun afternoon!

 

 I wore a simple Lauren Conrad dress because I knew it was going to be HOT!  I added some pops of color with a bold handbag and statement necklace.

 

After the party we headed to Lincoln Center to take pictures and attend the Academy of Art University show.  It was my first runway show and I loved every minute of it.

Happy Friday babes! Can't believe it's Memorial Day Weekend!  

If your looking for a casual/chic outfit idea here's what I wore last weekend for my AC trip.  I'm sure your all going to hit up a few bbq's this weekend, and this outfit would be perfect.  The flats are so fun and you can never go wrong with a fab sun hat or fedora.

Happy Monday dolls!  Hope you all had a great weekend!  As usual their always too short.  It was a super rainy weekend here in NJ.  Just sharing one of my easy rainy day outfits with you.  My rainy day essentials have to be my rain booties and my bubble umbrella.  I was on the hunt for this umbrella for a while.  I was so happy to find it at Target.  

 

I wish I had a better picture of my fabulous Kate Spade Crossbody.  I won it on a giveaway and this weekend was the first time I wore it.  Its sooo pretty and the leather is buttery soft.  I'm sure I'll wear it again soon.

No coat, no boots?  Not tomorrow!  Wore this outfit last weekend when the weather was fabulous.  It's been freezing ever since.  Tomorrow supposedly is going to be the coldest day of the week with the temp only getting up to 24.  Oh and a major snow storm next week.  This polar vortex is for the birds.  Oh well, I'm sure in a few months I'll be complaining about how hot it is.  #neverhappy

 

What does make me happy is this super cute top from LC!  Wearing my heart on my sleeves, literally!  Of course I layered it, layering is key!
