So I got this dress a while ago at Target and like always, I shoved it in my closet and forgot I even had it.  I wore this dress on Monday night for dinner with friends.  It was a casual dinner on a Monday so I figured, I'd wear flats and a cute dress and keep it movin.  This dress just didn't work for me.  I wasn't even going to share it with you, but we all have hits and misses in fashion so I just had to.  I knew I wanted to wear flats, because it was casual and a Monday.  I didn't think this dress was as long as it was.  I for sure should have worn heels!  I also didn't like that it bunches on the sides, the material is like scuba gear and it was just funky.  You should have seen it with out the belt!  No bueno!  Don't get me wrong, I think the dress is super cute!  Did I style it properly?  NO!  I think this dress would probably look cuter in the fall with a blazer, maybe booties.  This will for sure be a style challenge for me.  I WILL style this dress again.  How?  I have no idea but stay tuned.

Así que conseguí este vestido hace un tiempo en Target y como siempre lo metí en mi armario y se olvidó incluso que lo tenía.  Me puse este vestido el lunes para cenar con amigas.  Fue una cena informal, así que pensé, me pondría tacón bajo y un vestido lindo y segir.  Este vestido no funcionó para mí.  Ni siquiera iba a compartirlo con ustedes, pero todos tenemos aciertos y errores en la moda, así que sólo tenía que hacerlo.  Yo sabía que quería llevar tacón bajo, porque era informal y un lunes. Yo no pense que este vestido era tan largo como era.  Yo seguro debería poner me tacón alto!  Además, no me gusta que los racimos en los lados, el material es como el equipo de buceo y no me gusto.  Usted debe haber visto sin el cinturón!  No bueno!  No me malinterpreten, creo que el vestido es super lindo!  Creo que este vestido probablemente se vería más lindo en el otoño con un blazer, quizás botines.  Voy a poner me este vestido de nuevo.  ¿Cómo? No tengo ni idea.  Mantenerse en sintonía.

I've never done an "inspired look" on the blog before (that I can remember....hahaha!)  #ginko! 

I would LOVE to do more inspired looks like this, but I find it time consuming coming up with the outfit and making sure you have all the pieces and.....yada, yada, yada.  You get the gist.  I will try and do a few more here and there.     

Don't you just love this denim shirt dress!  Julie thinks it's a basic that will always be in season.  Really?  I've had it in my closet for 2yrs, and had no idea how I would style it.  This is the beauty of blogging and inspiring other fashionistas!  We can all use a little help sometimes.

Nunca he hecho un "look inspirado" en el blog antes (que yo recuerde .... jajaja!) # Ginko!

 

Me encantaría hacer más miradas inspiradas como este, pero me parece mucho tiempo encontrar la ropa y asegurarse de que tengo todas las piezas y ..... bla, bla, bla.  Voy a tratar de hacer unos pocos más aquí y allá.

¿No te encanta este vestido de camisa denim!  Julie piensa que es un básico que siempre estará en moda.  ¿En serio?  He tenido en mi armario durante 2 años, y no tenía idea de cómo iba a diseñarlo.  Esta es la belleza de los blogs y de inspirar a otros amantes de la moda!  Todos podemos usar un poco de ayuda a veces.

How are my sweets doing? 

Hope your all having a wonderful hump day!  Black for summer?  Why not!  I got these jeggings at Mandee and I LOVE them!  I didn't think I would love these as much as I do, but they are so comfy.  Already planning how I'll wear them in the fall.  Zara is having their super sale and I got this tee for like $8 bucks....SCORE!  I LOVE me some Zara!    I'm not a fan of black in the summer.  Maybe for evening but for day I like to keep it bright!  The weather has been pretty perfect and not too hot so I thought, why not?

Heyyyyyyyy!  What's up my sweets!  I missed you!  Hope your all enjoying your summer! 

Mine has been super chill!  Hubby and I are taking a few days off in August, soooooo looking forward to that!  We are on a tight budget this year so no vaca, but we still need a few days to unwind. 

Who doesn't love a good maxi in the summer!  I have a few and actually they are all kind of dressy.  I'm on the hunt for a casual everyday maxi.  I went to Forever 21 and couldn't find any I liked.  I ordered this via Hautelook and it's so soft, and I love the print!  So go ahead and ditch your mini!
