Happy Monday!  What a beautiful weekend it was!  Hope you all enjoyed it.  This weekend felt like summer but since it's fall, I decided to wear fall colored accessories.  For me that's an easy way to embrace the fall even though the temps are summer like.  eShakti sent me this lovely dress and I LOVE it!  I have an obsession with anything chambray.  I own so many pieces.  The best part about this dress is that it was tailored to my measurements.  They offer both style and fit customization for women size 0 through 36.  That is the heart of their business.  I've never had a dress made for me and I must say it fit like a glove!  If you have sizing issues or your just looking to get that perfect fit, I would definitely check them out.  Hope you all have a great day!

Happy first day of FALL!  I Can't believe summer is officially over.  My heart hurts a little.  I'll miss you summer!  My weekend was uneventful but I did go to dinner with the hubby.  Even though it's Fall the weekend was rather warm so the sheer lace sleeves on this peplum blouse from OASAP was perfect.  I added red pumps for that pop of color.  I wanted to wear a red lippy, but I thought it would have been to matchy matchy, So I went more nude.  What do you think?  Should I have done a red lip?  Well folks, I hope your Monday is short and sweet!

Dinner with GLAM

Hello dolls!
In today's post, I'm trying to hold on to summer in this gorgeous blue midi dress.  Last Monday I attended The GLAM NYFW Dinner at the gorgeous Beautique in NYC.  The restaurant was beautiful and the food and drinks were delicious!  It was a lovely evening with great company.  As soon as I saw this dress at Macy's, I knew I had to get it.  The length and fit were fab.  I also knew that I would be able to transition it easily for fall with boots and a blazer.  If you know me personally you know that I'm always late for everything.  That being said, I didn't have time to pose for pictures so the hubby just snapped a few in the lobby of our apartment before I left.
(Sorry in advance for the bad lighting.)

So looks like you only get 1 of me in the lobby.  After looking through all the pictures this was the best one.  Here are some fun pics from that night.....

NYFW: Reward Style Rooftop Party

Happy Friday sweets!  Over the weekend I attended the rewardStyle Rooftop Party at the Empire Hotel.  I attended with fellow blogger Alana from Alana Marie Style.  It was so hot and humid, but we were having too much fun to even worry about that.  We scored a ton of awesome goodies and met and mingled with other fabulous bloggers.  Such a fun afternoon!

I wore a simple Lauren Conrad dress because I knew it was going to be HOT!  I added some pops of color with a bold handbag and statement necklace.

After the party we headed to Lincoln Center to take pictures and attend the Academy of Art University show.  It was my first runway show and I loved every minute of it.

Football & Fashion

Top & Booties: Kohl's / Earrings: Lola Blue The Closet / Hat: Borrowed from hubby / Handbag: Calvin Klein / Cuff: Mandee

Happy hump day sweets!  Later on this week I'll be sharing what I wore to NYFW and my dinner with Glam, but first I've teamed up with a few blogger babes to bring you FOOTBALL & FASHION!

Football season is finally here, and my husband is on cloud nine.  I'm not the biggest football fan, but I do love watching the games with him.  Daisy, Paulina, Jealeyni, and I came together to show our team spirit in a fashionable and fun way.
I went with a bright blue blouse to rep my GIANTS of course.  The top was perfect because I'm not a t-shirt girl so it was a little dressy with out being over the top.  I added a pop of red to really tie everything together.  Now all that's left is for the GIANTS to WIN!

Check out these gorgeous ladies represent their team colors!  Daisy from Daisy's Fashion Garden representing the Oakland Raiders, Paulina from Lil Bits of Chic representing the San Diego Chargers, and Jealeyni from DaintyJea representing the New England Patriots.

Edgy in Moto

Moto Jacket & Top: Kohl's {similar here} /  Jeans: Forever 21 / Flats: Zara / Handbag: {c/o} Melie Bianco / Cuff: Mandee

I don't know why I always look angry in some of my pictures, I'm going for fierce.  FYI!
Ok hold on, I take that back.  There are times where this is not my fierce face, more like don't kill the hubby face.  LOL!  Taking pics is such an adventure, but I couldn't do it without my lover boy.  Thank you for being so supportive of all my craziness!  In the famous words of J-lo, "I LUH YA PAPI!"

Happy FRIDAY!!!  NYFW is in full swing!  I just love seeing all the new trends for Spring.  Looks like pastels are going to be huge.  BCBG had gorgeous long flowy pastel dresses.  Fabulous!  It sucks that I can't attend fashion week because of work, but I will be in NYC over the weekend and on Monday for a few events.  Hoping I run into some of you!

The moto jacket is another easy piece to help you transition from summer to fall.
You can layer this over your girlier pieces to add an edgy feel.  I just love the color and it pretty much makes any simple outfit that much better.  Surprised I even had time to take these pics, It was seconds from down pouring.  Rain, rain go away!  Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

Polka, Metallic, and a dash of ROJO

Tee & Blazer: Target / Boyfriend Shorts: Wet Seal / Sandals: Beyond The Rack / Handbag: Anne Klein / Bracelets: Charming Charlie

4 day work week!  Woopwoop!  Hope you all enjoyed your Labor Day weekend.  Even though its the unofficial end of summer the weather is hot, hot.   Summer does not wanna leave us, and I don't wanna see it go.  Wearing blazers and shorts for me is one of the easiest ways to start transitioning from summer to fall.

Blazers, cardigans, or even a chambray tops can all be the perfect piece to wear with shorts or dresses, for those warm days and cool nights.  Just not tonight!  It's sooooo hot in NJ today.  Stay cool peeps!
